Gamberetti e Asparagi

- 1 can (15oz ) stewed tomatoes, Del Monte shopping list
- 8 spears baby asparagus, raw shopping list
- 12 shrimp shopping list
- 1 package tofu Shirataki Fetuccini shopping list
- 2 oz Stella Deli cheese Asiago Aged Wedge shopping list
How to make it
- Cut up the tomatoes a bit, they are sometimes largish. Pour the can of tomatoes, liquid and all into the pan and heat up.
- Cut the asparagus into bit size pieces. Add to the pan to cook for about 10 minutes.
- Pour in the package of Shirataki Fetuccini to heat up.
- Remove the tails from the shrimp. Slice the shrimp lengthwise and add to the pan to heat. The slicing makes the shrimp curl up in an attractive fashion and spreads the shrimp more evenly through the mixture.
- Shred up the cheese as a topping
