How to make it

  • Boil water for the pasta(you may use whatever kind you like).Finely dice the garlic,and cut up your veggies(you may want to add or delete some of the veggies depending on your taste). Heat butter in pan and saute all of your veggies,add seasoning.When the pasta is cooked,drain it and fold it into the veggie pan.Sprinkle top with some fresh parsley and serve.

    Do you add the shrimp to the veggies and cook, or toss it in and boil it with the pasta? Sounds great, either way!
