Ingredients

How to make it

  • Open the can of black beans, rinse really well. Put the beans back in the can, add enough water to cover beans.
  • Put in blender or food processor and puree. Add puree to brownie mix, and then bake according to package directions.
  • You DO NOT add the eggs or oil that the recipe calls for, JUST the black bean puree!
  • Makes 20 brownies-- 2 Weight Watcher Points each!

Not only did I think these were disgusting so did my entire family. All you tasted was the beans. Instead try 1 box of brownie mix with 1 15 oz can of pumpkin bake according to directions. These are delicious and only 2 pts. each

I made these, and ate almost the whole batch myself! The boys liked them, but no one has as big of sweet tooth as I do, and I couldnt stop eating them! So yummy! I am tempted to try this idea with other sweets!

Use the 519g size box of brownie mix. This is the one that makes 20 brownies/servings in an 13x9 pan. I used a blender to puree the beans. It looked like chocolate milk.

Very good tasting, the whole family loved them. You'll never miss the fat, honest.

Took a picture of one and posted it above since this recipe didn't have a pic.
