Chicken Sandwich On Diet

- 4 pieces of organic chicken breast shopping list
- 3 cloves of garlic shopping list
- A piece of ginger (we will only need half the size of an adult thumb) shopping list
- black pepper as u like shopping list
- salad leaves shopping list
- 4 pieces of whole meal bread shopping list
- 1 lime shopping list
How to make it
- first you poach the chicken with the garlic and ginger until its well done
- then shred it into thin stripes
- squeeze in the lime
- add some black pepper
- place the salads on the whole meal bread
- and put your chicken filling on the bread..

Thank you so much this was such a fast simple recipe. It was really good . I already had chicken done from a rotesseri. I just shredded chicken added lime and seasoning and poof done. I put it on 1piece of bread. it was soooooo good thanks again
