spicy potato wedges

- Any potatoes you've got leftover - roasted, baked or boiled...this is a good way to use them up. shopping list
- 4 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 4 tsp chilli powder shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin, ground shopping list
- 2 tsp paprika shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 black pepper to taste shopping list
- 200g leftover cooked potatoes shopping list
- 1 fresh parsley, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees c.
- 2. In a bowl, mix oil, chilli powder, cumin, paprika, salt and
- pepper.
- 3. Toss with oil mixture, and place potatoes in a single
- layer on a baking tray. Drizzle with remaining oil mixture.
- 4. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Loosen potatoes with a
- spatula and turn. Bake about 15 more minutes or until potatoes are
- brown and crispy.
- 5. Garnish with chopped parsley. Lovely!!
