these are a slightly sweetened version of a clotted cream.... the recipe is from the Wisconsin Dairy council.. this makes about 1 & 1/4 cups.

Auntivi first told me of thick cream or clotted cream. I didnt know where it find it. I have looked at our regular grocery & couldnt find it. so a big thank you for this!
