Kids will love this simple and refreshing apple salad! You can make as many servings as you wish. This is one of my 'no measure' recipes. At first, go a little easy on the cinnamon until you get it as spicy as you'd like...better too little than t... More

Ingredients
  • Unpeeled diced apples
  • Walnuts, chopped
  • Seedless grapes, halved
  • Diced celery
  • Tiny marshmallows
  • Cinnamon.
  • Sugar
  • Mayonnaise

Directions
  1. Mix first 4 ingredients.
  2. Mix together mayonnaise, cinnamon and sugar, to taste.
  3. Stir into fruit.
  4. Add marshmallows at the last minute.
