Kids will love this simple and refreshing apple salad! You can make as many servings as you wish. This is one of my 'no measure' recipes. At first, go a little easy on the cinnamon until you get it as spicy as you'd like. Read more ..better too little than too much..ditto the sugar! See less

How to make it

Mix first 4 ingredients.
Mix together mayonnaise, cinnamon and sugar, to taste.
Stir into fruit.
Add marshmallows at the last minute.
