• * 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef shopping list
• * 2 tsps. dry mustard shopping list
• * 1 onion, grated shopping list
• * 1 egg, lightly beaten shopping list
• * 2 tsps. salt shopping list
• * 1/4 tsp. thyme shopping list
• * 1/2 cup bread crumbs shopping list
• * 1 celery stalk, chopped finely shopping list
• * 2 cloves garlic shopping list
• * 1/2 tsp. black pepper shopping list
• * 1/2 cup evaporated milk shopping list
• * 2 tsps. hot pepper sauce shopping list
• Combine beef with seasonings, add pepper sauce, and mix well. Add bread crumbs. In a separate bowl, beat egg lightly and combine with milk. Add to beef mixture, and mix well. Pour into well greased ovenproof dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Serve hot. A fresh cucumber salad makes a tasty side dish. shopping list
