Ingredients
  • 6 pork chops (center cut preferred)
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of mustard (plain yellow is fine but you could use which ever one you preferred)
  • A table spoon of salt
  • A tea spoon of pepper
  • Half of stick of Butter or margarine

Directions
  1. For the seasoning
  2. Mix the sugar,salt and pepper
  3. Rinse pork chops and pat dry
  4. Rub in the seasoning mix on both sides (do not have to use all the seasoning,use to your taste)
  5. Add mustard also on both sides **for best results rub it in**
  6. Melt butter on frying pan
  7. I use a frying pan with a lot of room,make two batches of 3
  8. Cook till brown on each side,
  9. Enjoy my Crazy,Yummy and New recipe
