Honey Mustard chops

- Serves 6
Perfect for a day of boredom in the kitchen.
Ingredients
- 6 pork chops (center cut preferred) shopping list
- 1/2 cup of sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup of mustard (plain yellow is fine but you could use which ever one you preferred) shopping list
- A table spoon of salt shopping list
- A tea spoon of pepper shopping list
- Half of stick of butter or margarine shopping list
How to make it
- For the seasoning
- Mix the sugar,salt and pepper
- Rinse pork chops and pat dry
- Rub in the seasoning mix on both sides (do not have to use all the seasoning,use to your taste)
- Add mustard also on both sides **for best results rub it in**
- Melt butter on frying pan
- I use a frying pan with a lot of room,make two batches of 3
- Cook till brown on each side,
