How to make it

  • Empty the frozen corn into a large skillet
  • Stir to heat throughout.
  • Add hickory seasoned salt after the corn begins to warm.
  • Add liquid smoke and stir to distribute.
  • Add paprika and chili powder to taste and stir to mix all ingredients.
  • At this point add parsley and red peppers if you like for color and flavor.
  • Add butter and stir till melted.
  • This dish will have colors of red and orange and green, almost looking burned from the liquid smoke and hickory salt, but is ohh so good!!
