Ingredients
  • bacon, diced
  • yellow onion, chopped
  • 3+ cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 jar artichokes
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped

Directions
  1. cook bacon with onion and garlic
  2. add artichokes, cook 4 minutes
  3. add cream cheese and sour cream, mix well
  4. add spinach
