How to make it

  • cook taglitelle in salted boiling water for about 10 min, until tender. drain, refresh in hot water, drain again
  • melt butter in pan and toss tagliatelle to coat thoroughly. pour on brandy, stir well and light it, to burn off the alcohol.
  • stir in yogurt and cheese, season with plently of pepper. garnish server asap
