flamed tagliatelle with yogurt

- 350g wholewheat tagliatelle, or other pasta shapes shopping list
- salt shopping list
- 50g butter shopping list
- 3 tbsp brandy shopping list
- 150 ml plain unsweetened yogurt shopping list
- 60g grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 50g walnut halves, to garnish shopping list
How to make it
- cook taglitelle in salted boiling water for about 10 min, until tender. drain, refresh in hot water, drain again
- melt butter in pan and toss tagliatelle to coat thoroughly. pour on brandy, stir well and light it, to burn off the alcohol.
- stir in yogurt and cheese, season with plently of pepper. garnish server asap
