Flamed Tagliatelle With Yogurt Recipe

Ingredients
  • 350g wholewheat tagliatelle, or other pasta shapes
  • salt
  • 50g butter
  • 3 tbsp brandy
  • 150 ml plain unsweetened yogurt
  • 60g grated parmesan cheese
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 50g walnut halves, to garnish

Directions
  1. cook taglitelle in salted boiling water for about 10 min, until tender. drain, refresh in hot water, drain again
  2. melt butter in pan and toss tagliatelle to coat thoroughly. pour on brandy, stir well and light it, to burn off the alcohol.
  3. stir in yogurt and cheese, season with plently of pepper. garnish server asap
