Ingredients
  • Butter
  • 1 can (10C\v ounces) cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can (16 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
  • ½ cup yellow cornmeal
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

Directions
  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease 1½-quart casserole with butter.
  3. Beat soup, milk and eggs with a whisk or fork in medium bowl
  4. . Stir in corn, cornmeal, cheese and chives.
  5. Pour soup mixture into prepared casserole.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
  7. Makes 6 servings.
