Ingredients
  • 1 lb sweet potatoes
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup carnation evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs well beaten
  • 1 teas fresh nutmeg
  • boil potatoes and mash well
  • add sugar, milk,butter,eggs,nutmeg
  • mix well bake in a pastry shell at 350 degrees for30 to 40 minutes
