Sweet ole Chicken n rice Recipe

How to make it

  • mix the stir fry ind like it says to
  • place the oven bag in 8x8 or bigger baking dish
  • place chicken and stir fry mixture in backing dish coat chicken well
  • chicken takes anywhere from 45 min to an hour so youll have to judge sometimes longer, on 350
  • Cook rice as directed
  • fry both eggs and cut into pieces set aside
  • when chicken is done it needs to be shredded into bite size pieces
  • mix chicken and about 4 tbs of mixture into rice
  • mix in the eggs
  • after you fix your bowl sprinkle cimmion not to much over the top of your chicken and rice and just a few dashes of hot sauce to your liking and enjoy
