How to make it

  • Beat the egg whites until stiff.
  • Add sugar,dates,nuts and flavoring.
  • Sprinkle ungreased cookie sheet with cracker crumbs.
  • Drop the mixture onto the sheet by tablespoon.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
