Ingredients
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 24 Dates,diced fine
  • 1 Cup Walnut Meats,chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Walnut Flavoring
  • Cracker Crumbs

Directions
  1. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
  2. Add sugar,dates,nuts and flavoring.
  3. Sprinkle ungreased cookie sheet with cracker crumbs.
  4. Drop the mixture onto the sheet by tablespoon.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
