Down Under Thunder Chocolate Brownies Recipe

My newly dubbed Down Under Thunder Brownies. Check out my website to find out why. ;-) I also baked them in Baker's Edge Brownie pan - so every brownie gets a minimum of 2 chewy edges. YUM!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup butter (1 stick)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 - 1 oz. squares semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 to 1 cup chopped walnuts, optional

Directions
  1. Cream butter, sugar & vanilla.
  2. Beat in eggs.
  3. Blend in melted chocolate.
  4. Beat in flour and if so desired, nuts.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Cool. Drool. Cut into squares. Hide in closet and eat.
