How to make it

  • in bowl mix eggs,oil,sugar,mustard,butter,flour,salt,pepper.
  • mix in milk and water.
  • set aside
  • heat vinegar in double boiler
  • gradually add egg mix into hot vinegar
  • stirring constantly
  • stir until desired thickness.
  • spoon sauce over cooked perch on a toasted hotdog roll
  • UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!
