Coconut Custard Pie

- 5 eggs shopping list
- 1 ½ cup whole milk shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream shopping list
- ¼ teaspoon salt shopping list
- ¾ cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon corn starch shopping list
- 1 cup coconut shopping list
- 1 purchased pie shell shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients except pie shell in blender. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake 350 for 35 to 45 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.

I just took mine out of the oven! I added a pinch of nutmeg and some vanilla extract and a touch of coconut extract. It is soooo good! A tip I read from someone else.... brush the crust with egg white before filling...it keeps the crust from gettin...more

The best pie ever! your guests will love this! I use 1 cup milk as you will have to much filling for a 9in deep dish. I bake at 325 for 50 mins. Gonna try it with coconut milk tonite, will post results. I can live off this pie. I eat it for desser...more
