How to make it

  • Cream together margarine and brown sugar. Beat in egg. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Mix flour mixture into brown sugar mixture alternately with sour cream and vanilla. Stir in rhubarb. Dump into a greased 9 X 13 pan. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of cake mixture. Bake for 50 – 60 minutes at 350°.
