How to make it

  • Cut up chicken
  • Add diced veges and wine to cover
  • Cover and let marinde in refrigerator 3 days
  • Remove chicken, pat dry and salt and pepper
  • Reserve other ingredients
  • Reduce wine by 1/2 by cooking wine in pot, set aside.
  • Brown seasoned chicken in skillet
  • Add drained diced veges and reduced wine and cook a few minutes.
  • Sprinkle on a little flour over chicken and veges which helps make a gravy
  • Cook and stir a few minutes
  • Cover all and bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes
  • Correct seasonings if desired
