How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350F, grease and flour a loaf pan.
  • Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs and extracts and blend well.
  • Whisk together flours, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  • In another small bowl, combine honey and sour cream.
  • Add flours alternately with cream mixture to the butter/sugar blend, mixing well after each addition.
  • Bake 1 hour and 25 minutes.
  • Cool 10 minutes in pan before turning out and cooling completely.
