Cod with quick butter sauce

- 4 cod pieces shopping list
- 25 g butter shopping list
- 2 tbs oil shopping list
- For the sauce: shopping list
- 1 crushed garlic shopping list
- 1/2 small chopped onion shopping list
- 150 ml fish stock or water with fish stock shopping list
- 100 g butter shopping list
How to make it
- Pan fry the cods in the butter and oilfor 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
- For the sauce:
- In a saucepan cook 1 crushed garlic and the onion and the stock for 5 minutes over a gentle heat.
- Whisk in 100g diced butter.
- Strain and add fresh basil.
