How to make it

  • In medium saucepan over low heat melt Milky Ways and 1 stick margarine.
  • Stir until smooth then remove from heat and set aside while making batter.
  • Cream 1 stick margarine and 2 cups white sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs and beat then add buttermilk, vanilla and baking soda.
  • Add flour gradually then add melted candy mix and beat until smooth.
  • Pour into angel food cake pan then bake at 350 for 80 minutes.
  • Cool slightly and remove from pan.
  • Combine milk, sugar, yolks, margarine and vanilla in medium saucepan over medium.
  • Cook 12 minutes stirring constantly then remove from stove and add coconut and nuts.
  • Stir until thick enough to spread with a knife then frost the cake.
