Ingredients
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 3/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 16 ounces kidney beans, drained
  • 11 ounces corn, drained
  • 8 ounces taco sauce
  • 1/2 cup ripe olives, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper OR crushed red pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup crushed nacho chips

Directions
  1. Mix together the beef and onion.
  2. Microwave on HIGH for 7 minutes.
  3. Stir in beans, corn, taco sauce, olives, chili powder and salt & pepper
  4. Microwave on HIGH for 7 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar and nachos chips.
  6. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute longer.
