Strawberry cake Recipe

How to make it

  • Mix cake mix and jello. Add water and oil. Beat eggs one at a time. Add 1 cup of strawberries. Save juice for cake layers. Bake 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean @ 350 degrees.
  • Icing:
  • Melt butter and add to powdered sugar. Mix in strawberries. May need to add more powdered sugar if icing is thin. (I always do). Put layer on plate then spoon juice over layer,then ice then put next layer spoon over with juice then ice.
