Pumpkin Pork Recipe

Ingredients

4 Boneless Pork chops

Water

Olive Oil

Pumpkin Spice

Ginger

Vanilla Extract

Garlic

Salt

Pepper

Clove (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Place pork chops in a zip lock bag

Add enough olive oil to coat

Add all spices to taste (This is what is great about this recipe...add as much or as little as you like)

If you would like some guidelines this is approx what I used

2 tsp Pumpkin spice

1 tsp Ginger

2 Tbl Vanilla

1 tsp garlic

salt and pepper to taste ( I just shook the shaker until is smelled right.)

1 tsp Clove

Shake bag until completely coated. Place pork chops in a baking dish. Add just enough water to cover the bottom of the pan and then cover with tin foil. After 30 minutes uncover and bake another 30 minutes.
