- 12 Pieces of round steak(each about 3"x5"),pound until very thin and flat. shopping list

- Place a heaping spoonful of this stuffing on each beef piece. shopping list
- roll up and tie securely with string. shopping list
- roll the pieces in flour and brown on all sides in butter. shopping list
- Add 1/2 Cup Good Sherry,1/2 Cup beef bouillon to the pan that you browned the steak rolls in. shopping list
- Cover and simmer gentlly for about 2 hours. shopping list
- Remove the meat rolls to a hot platter. shopping list
- Skim any fat from pan. shopping list
- Add 1 pint sour cream,stirring to blend . shopping list
