This is an amazingly delicious dish that is healthy, beautiful, and did I already say DELICIOUS!?
Ingredients
- One whole chicken, deboned, and cut into pieces shopping list
- 2 onions shopping list
- 1/2 bell pepper, cut up shopping list
- 1 whole head of garlic shopping list
- 4 pounds of carrots shopping list
- parsley shopping list
- salt and pepper (Tony Cachere's) shopping list
How to make it
- Put chicken and cut up veggies in a crock pot, and cook until carrots are tender-may take longer than listed.
- Serve over rice, with Garlic Tabasco!
