Ingredients

6 peeled and boiled till soft

4 TBS butter

1/3 Cup Brown Sugar

2 TBS orange juice

1 TBS sherry

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 beaten eggs

crushed pineapple, drained

marshmellows

Directions

Smash everything except pineapple and marshmellows together in mixing bowl and pour into casserole dish. top with well drained pineapple. Bake at 350 for 25 min.

Put marshmellows on top and continue to cook till brown....CAREFUL! DON'T LET 'EM BURN! The M.mellows brown quickly!
