sweetpotato bliss

Where I come from, we call them yams....although I am told they are really sweetpotatoes.
Ingredients
- 6 peeled and boiled till soft shopping list
- 4 TBS butter shopping list
- 1/3 Cup brown sugar shopping list
- 2 TBS orange juice shopping list
- 1 TBS sherry shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 2 beaten eggs shopping list
- crushed pineapple, drained shopping list
- marshmellows shopping list
How to make it
- Smash everything except pineapple and marshmellows together in mixing bowl and pour into casserole dish. top with well drained pineapple. Bake at 350 for 25 min.
- Put marshmellows on top and continue to cook till brown....CAREFUL! DON'T LET 'EM BURN! The M.mellows brown quickly!
