Vinegar Green Beans

- 2 pounds fresh green beans shopping list
- 1 small white onion thinly sliced vertically shopping list
- 6 small slices bacon coarsely chopped shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Trim beans and cut in half lengthwise then cook in boiling salted water until tender.
- Drain then place in warm serving dish.
- Place onion and bacon in small skillet and sauté until bacon is crisp.
- Whisk together eggs, vinegar and sugar in small bowl then whisk this mixture into skillet.
- When sauce is hot pour it over beans then toss and serve immediately.
