Ingredients
  • 1 package (6 ounces) cherry gelatin
  • 1-1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 can (16 ounces) whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 1-1/2 cups seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions
  1. In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in water.
  2. Stir in pineapple and cranberry sauce.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Stir in grapes and pecans.
  5. Pour into a 2-qt. serving bowl.
  6. Refrigerate until firm.
  7. Yield: 8-10 servings.

This sounds good!
I tried one using pineapple gelatin, crushed pineapple, raspberry preserves, and such. I was supposed to use raspberry gelatin, but I wanted to use it in something else. I'm not sure how well it will be received. I learned that you really want to stick with the "red" gelatins with cranberries to balance them with a stronger taste. ....always experimenting! I'll take a pic in case they like it! LOL
