Ingredients

1 bag of frozen cranberries thawed

1 cup orange juice

1 tablespoon butter

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup strawberry preserves

Directions

in a saucepan over medium heat melt the butter.

stir in the cranberries, orange juice, sugar and preserves.

simmer stirring occasionally for about 15 to 20 minutes.

transfer to a bowl and serve warm. you can also just cool, cover and refrigerate and save for the next day.
