Strawberry Bread Recipe

Ingredients

-4-5 Cups of slicked fresh strawberries or (2) 10oz. packages frozen strawberries.

-4 eggs

-3 cups flour

-1 tbsp. cinnamon

-1 tsp salt

-1 1/4 cup vegetable oil

-2 cups sugar

-1 tsp baking soda

-1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease and flour 2 loaf pans or a 9x13in cake pan.

In a medium bowl, stir together strawberries, eggs and oil.

In a large bowl, blend together all dry ingredients (including nuts).

Stir strawberry mixture into dry mixture.

Put into loaf or cake pan(s)

Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
