Strawberry Bread

This is a moist bread that is so great for deserts or for gifts. I love to do it in mini loaf pans!
Ingredients
- -4-5 Cups of slicked fresh strawberries or (2) 10oz. packages frozen strawberries. shopping list
- -4 eggs shopping list
- -3 cups flour shopping list
- -1 tbsp. cinnamon shopping list
- -1 tsp salt shopping list
- -1 1/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- -2 cups sugar shopping list
- -1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- -1 cup chopped walnuts (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease and flour 2 loaf pans or a 9x13in cake pan.
- In a medium bowl, stir together strawberries, eggs and oil.
- In a large bowl, blend together all dry ingredients (including nuts).
- Stir strawberry mixture into dry mixture.
- Put into loaf or cake pan(s)
- Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
