This is a delicious bread! I always love to find new things to do with pumpkin! Great for the holidays!

Ingredients
  • -4 Cups Flour
  • -1 tsp Salt
  • -2 tsp Baking Powder
  • -1 tsp Cinnamon
  • -4 Eggs
  • -2 Cups Pumpkin Puree
  • -2 Cups Sugar
  • -2 tsp Baking Soda
  • -1/2 tsp Cloves
  • -1 tsp Nutmeg
  • -1 Cup Vegetable Oil

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix eggs, oil, and pumpkin puree together in a large bowl.
  3. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
  5. Pour batter evenly between the 2 pans.
  6. Bake for 1 hour.
  7. Tip: Make sure you add flour and make adjustments for high altitudes.
