I have recently gotten into canning during the fall season. This is a new recipe I found this year and I thought it sounded delicious, and it is!

Ingredients
  • -8 cups Plum Juice (I used a steam juicer and it took about 8 pounds of plums to get 8 cups of juice)
  • -4 Cups Sugar

Directions
  1. Bring Juice to a Boil.
  2. Add Sugar and Boil until Honey like consistency, stirring frequently.
  3. Pour Honey into Hot Jars.
  4. Wipe Rims with wet paper towel.
  5. Apply Hot Lids and Rims
  6. Process in Water Bath for 10 minutes.
