How to make it

  • Wash and clean metal bowl thoroughly with hot, soapy water. Dry bowl and place in freezer for 15 mins.
  • Pour ice cold (not frozen) cream into bowl and set mixer to lowest setting and gradually increase to highest setting as not to make a mess, scraping down the sides of the bowl
  • Once cream has formed stiff peaks, turn mixer to medium setting and slowly pour in the jigger of flavored rum.
  • Once rum is incorporated, return mixer to highest setting for about 20-30 seconds until fluffy.
