This is a very easy dish ready to please anyone. Goes great with beans and rice or even rice alone.

Ingredients
  • 1-2 lbs of beef stew meat
  • 5 oz of Carne Guisada Seasoning
  • 1 can of Rotel (You choose your level of spice)
  • 1 onion

Directions
  1. Cut your beef tips to smaller bite size pieces and throw in the slow cooker on high for 4 hours.
  2. Add water enough to cover your beef tips. The water added is your gravy.
  3. Add 2 tbs of your Carne guisada seasoning (the more you add the spicier it gets)
  4. Drain Rotel and add to slow cooker.
  5. Dinner will be ready in 4 hours
