How to make it

  • Cut your beef tips to smaller bite size pieces and throw in the slow cooker on high for 4 hours.
  • Add water enough to cover your beef tips. The water added is your gravy.
  • Add 2 tbs of your Carne guisada seasoning (the more you add the spicier it gets)
  • Drain Rotel and add to slow cooker.
  • Dinner will be ready in 4 hours
