How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Beat eggs and water in a large bowl.
  • Crush stuffing mix, add (with seasoning packet) and mix well.
  • Add sausage and beef, and mix until everything is well combined (easiest way is to use your hands)
  • Press into an ungreased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
  • Bake, uncovered, for 75-90 minutes... or until meat thermometer reads 160 F.
