Ingredients
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1can rotel
  • 2 1/2c parmasan cheese
  • 8T butter
  • 2T oregano
  • 1T garlic powder
  • Tony's Chacere's seasoning
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1 belpepper, sliced
  • 1lb package thin spaghetti noodles
  • aluminum foil

Directions
  1. Tear off 6 pieces aluminum foil (enough to wrap chicken), and lay out flat. Drop 1T butter on foil, season chicken with Tony's, to taste. Lay 1 chicken breast on top of butter. Fold up sides of aluminum foil, leaving top open, but sides tight where no juices will leak out. Spoon 2T of Rotel onto top of chicken. Place 2 slices of onion and 1 slice of bell pepper on top of chicken. Sprinkle with Parmasan, then fold down top of aluminum foil. After ea. breast is foiled, place in pan, and cook in oven on 350 for 45 minutes. Cook spagetti noodles and drain. While still hot, add 2T butter, oregano, garlic powder, and parmasan cheese. Mix together well. Serve parmasan noodles on plate, open 1 foil of chicken(careful, hot steam) and let juices drain onto top of noodles, mix, then place chicken on top of noodles.
