Porcupine Balls

- 1-2 lbs ground beef shopping list
- 1 cup percooked rice shopping list
- 1 jar Del Grosso spaghetti sauce shopping list
- 1 large onion chopped shopping list
- 1 clove garalic (or as much as you like) shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. of spices of your choice shopping list
- I perfer onion salt, garalic salt, seasoning salt, and italian seasoning. shopping list
- 1 large egg shopping list
- 1 cup Italian bread Crumbs shopping list
- 1-2 cups mozzarella cheese (depends on you taste) shopping list
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In Bowl mix all ingredients except the spaghetti sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
- Beat with mixer until all mixed together.
- Roll mixtures into 2 inch balls.
- Put on a rack on a baking sheet.
- Pour spaghetti sauce onto all balls.
- Add mozzarlle cheese to top of all balls.
- Put into preheated oven.
- Remove after 60 min.
- Enjoy with bread and butter, and of course, Red Wine.

Sounds like something my grandaughter would love. She is partial to meatball sandwiches so sh'e probably them on a roll and turn it into a sandwich. Great post. Thanks
