Ingredients
  • 1-2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup percooked rice
  • 1 jar Del Grosso Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 clove garalic (or as much as you like)
  • 1/4 tsp. of spices of your choice
  • I perfer onion salt, garalic salt, seasoning salt, and italian seasoning.
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 1-2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (depends on you taste)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In Bowl mix all ingredients except the spaghetti sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Beat with mixer until all mixed together.
  4. Roll mixtures into 2 inch balls.
  5. Put on a rack on a baking sheet.
  6. Pour spaghetti sauce onto all balls.
  7. Add mozzarlle cheese to top of all balls.
  8. Put into preheated oven.
  9. Remove after 60 min.
  10. Enjoy with bread and butter, and of course, Red Wine.

Sounds like something my grandaughter would love. She is partial to meatball sandwiches so sh'e probably them on a roll and turn it into a sandwich. Great post. Thanks
