Adobo Chicken

- 2 lbs chicken thighs (boneless & skinless) shopping list
- 3 Tbs. soy sauce shopping list
- 3 Tbs. vinegar (rice or red wine) shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves crushed shopping list
- 1 Tbs Vegeta seasoning shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1,000 ml water shopping list
How to make it
- Put the chicken into a stock pot (the best would be the enameled cast iron... but any big pot will do)
- Mix together the soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, vegeta and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and stir.
- Pour in the water and stir.
- Cover pot and put over high heat until water is rapidly boiling.
- Turn down to medium heat and simmer until chicken is done... about 30 minutes (it will fall apart easy when you pull it with a fork).
- ENJOY!
