2008 Christmas Coffee Liqueur

- 13 cups water shopping list
- 7 cups refined white sugar shopping list
- 10 oz freshly ground Winn and Lovett French Cafe roast coffee shopping list
- 2 oz freshly ground Seattle's Best Bright roast coffee shopping list
- dash freshly ground Marques de Paiva espresso roast coffee shopping list
- .75 liters Paul Masson Grande Amber brandy shopping list
- .75 liters Bacardi Gold rum shopping list
- 2 oz pure vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- Boil 7 c water and sugar for 45 minutes to make simple syrup
- Bring remaining water and all coffee to ~200F for 10 minutes; filter out grounds; set aside to cool
- Once simple syrup has cooled for 20-30 minutes, add brewed coffee, alcohol, and vanilla; stir until well mixed
- Pour liqueur into bottles and seal them for 30 days before drinking
