Ingredients
  • 2 cp flour
  • 1 tsp salt (garlic salt if you want added flavor)
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cp milk

Directions
  1. mix all ingredients until batter is blended (texture is tough to describe, it will be kind of gummy like really thick starchy oatmeal)
  2. bring water to a boil
  3. take spoonfulls of batter and put into a spatzel maker
  4. press batter into boiling water
  5. When the noodles float, they are done.
  6. skim them off and repeat until all batter is gone
