How to make it

  • mix all ingredients until batter is blended (texture is tough to describe, it will be kind of gummy like really thick starchy oatmeal)
  • bring water to a boil
  • take spoonfulls of batter and put into a spatzel maker
  • press batter into boiling water
  • When the noodles float, they are done.
  • skim them off and repeat until all batter is gone
