Soy Ginger Steak Marinade Recipe Faithwalker / All my dishes

This steak marinade recipe was given to me about 10 years ago and is still the best !

Ingredients
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1/2 C. soy sauce
  • 1/4 C. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dry ginger

Directions
  1. Combine ingredients in jar and shake well
  2. Let set for 1 hour
  3. Shake well, pour over steaks
  4. Marinade for at least 1 hour
  5. Baste while grilling
