An easy candy (cereal bar) to make, great for Holidays, pretty.

Ingredients
  • 1-12oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 lb. white almond bark, divided
  • 2 C. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 C. crisp rice cereal
  • 1 C. peanuts
  • 1- 6oz. jar red maraschino cherries, drained & quartered
  • 1/3 C. angel flake coconut
  • 1 tsp. oil

Directions
  1. Melt chips and 14 oz. of the almond bark in large saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth, remove from heat.
  2. Stir in marshmallows, cereal, and peanuts.
  3. Pour onto greased 12" pizza pan
  4. Top with cherries and sprinkle on coconut.
  5. Melt remaining 2 oz. bark with oil stirring until smooth. Drizzle over coconut.
  6. Refrigerate until firm.
