Anise Biscotti

- 6 large eggs shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon anise extract shopping list
How to make it
- Line a 13x9x2 pan with foil, overlapping the ends of the pan.
- Line foil with greased waxed paper.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Beat eggs well with mixer.
- Add the sugar and beat well
- Add the flour, oil, baking powder and anise.
- Beat well.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes OR until golden.
- **You need to watch since they "turn" quickly.
- Test for doneness with a toothpick.
- Remove from oven.
- Remove from pan.
- Slice on a diagonal.
- Place on cookie sheet.
- Brown both sides until golden.
