Apple And Ham Casserole Recipe

How to make it

  • Place ham in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  • Spread mustard over ham.
  • Arrange apple slices evenly over top and sprinkle with lemon juice. combine sugar, orange rind, and flour, mix well and sprinkle evenly over apples.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Yield 4 servings.
