LEMON MUSTARD DRESSING This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Marlin Estate in Heath, Texas in 1998.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions
  1. Shake all ingredients in tightly covered container.
