How to make it

  • preheat oven to 400 F. grease muffin tin
  • in a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder,salt,and cheddar cheese. in another bowl, combine milk, honey,egg and butter. add, all at once, to dry ingredients; fold in with out over mixing.
  • spoon batter into muffin tin, filling cups about 3/4 full. bake about 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
